Garage Sale Finds::First Weekend of June

The boys and I had a little time to hit the sales this weekend and whoo weee did I get lucky.  But I will keep you in suspense.  First, this tree.  I know you might be thinking I have lost my marbles and gone season wacky, but I assure you I have not.  One of the most valuable skills of thrift is patience.  And I have been waiting patiently for this tree ever since I saw a great idea for a "Wishmas Tree" at Just a Girl.  It only took me 6 months, but this year we will have a Wishmas Tree with the added bonus of delicious spicy smelling all spice garland.

This candle and holder (sold together for a couple bucks) were just too classically beautiful and versatile for me to pass up.

And finally, the one I have been dying to show you.  The thing that will surely be my best garage sale find of the season because it was just such a huge steal.  This adorable red Jessica McClintock jacket...new with tags...

...tags that say $159!!!  And I got it for...are you ready???  .50 CENTS!!!  LESS THAN A DOLLAR!  Boy is that good stuff or what?  That just makes me dizzy with resale glee.

What did you snag this week?

I am so jealous! That is awesome!! You better hide that jacket when I'm around, it just might find it's way to my closet! Enjoy!

That jacket i so beautiful. Love the colour and cut of it. I can't believe the price you paid for it!

Intrigued by the idea of a Wishmas tree - I'm heading over to read all about it!
